I think the Big 12 gets squeezed this year and misses the playoff. Oklahoma statistically had the best offense in the history of efficiency rankings last year by several metrics. They were amazing, but their poor defense couldn’t stop Georgia’s rushing attack. Oklahoma will be very good again this year, but there is too much uncertainty to get really excited and too much parity in this conference. This conference will be solid but will lack an elite team. Keep an eye on Texas this year as an emerging challenger.
